This office building in Gifu is a training center for Ibiden Corporation an electronics, ceramics, and technology leader.

The program was to create an office building to train various corporate personnel near the parent company headquarters. We fulfilled the design role of a design/build relationship with General Contractor Tsuchiya Gumi, a Japanese building development and construction company.

Open, flexible spaces and access to daylight were the principle programmatic requirements for the project. We worked closely with Tsuchiya to satisfy the functional needs of the project and provide a striking façade design.
