Complete renovation/restoration and enlargement to a large oceanfront house on Long Island. In addition to rebuilding the envelope, we raised the entire house to comply with current FEMA regulations. We also reclad the building, replaced all the windows and doors, built a new entry ramp with a shade trellis, rebuilt the decks and swimming pool, and provided a new rooftop terrace. Additionally, the entire interior was rethought, rebuilt, re-lit and refinished.
