LION MATCH BUILDING
Originally built for the Lion Match Company, we converted this four-story concrete and steel loft building into multi-tenant, spec office space for the Owner and a small group of tenants. The building enjoys dynamic views of the approach to the Ed Koch/Queensborough Bridge. Interior fit-out generously uses interior glass to maintain openness, light and views.
