A new house in New York City built on the roof of a twelve-story apartment building at 29 East 64th Street.   A truly special urban residence with commanding views of Central Park, incredible sunsets, and Manhattan rooftops.

The house is a two story, stucco clad, steel and masonry structure composed to relate to the fabric of roof top accretions common in New York City with a sloped and glazed two story vertical skylight reminiscent of old New York studios. In addition to designing the building we also designed the interiors including lighting design and custom furniture.
