A rethink of the 13-story apartment building formerly known as Red Square. The total renovation of this building included upgrades to all the apartments, new windows throughout, repair and color change for the brick façade, and a restoration of its iconic M&Co rooftop clock. The ground floor storefronts and building entrance were redesigned and rebuilt. The project also included a complete rethink of the lobby, the elevators, a new tenant lounge opening onto a landscaped rear yard, a gym, and a new rooftop amenity space surrounded by a green roof.
